Updating and maintenance import relevant documents and parts data; e. Prompt Handling and effective solving problems during clearance and Commodity inspection; f. Parts purchase variance and inventory adjustment report; g. Damage parts write-off report and scrapping arrangement; h. Managing exchange return parts from dealers and arrange scrapping for return parts; i. Monitor and support parts scrapping on site; j. Parts purchase invoice reviewing and payment to vendors; k. Warehouse stock take arrangement and report; l. Support to dealers on parts logistic side; m. Generation of monthly logistic report on parts purchase lead-time report and on time delivery report; n. Generation of monthly transportation report and logistic cost analysis, warehouse KPI report and management report logistic section; o. Support other departments on importation or logistics 2. Parts supply chain management & optimization a. Analysis import agent KPI report to improve Customs clearance procedure; b. Analysis of supplier operation error to reduce parts discrepancy and damage; c. Warehouse space utilization, storing structure, operation procedure and housekeeping monitor; d. Improvement of Parts shipment package such as IPPC pallet or fragile parts package; e. Regular clear for obsolete parts, expired parts or other special requirements; f. Analysis of parts logistic survey dealer feedback to improvement parts delivery to requirement h. Optimize current distribution route and make proposal of new route for incoming dealers 3. Parts internal process establishment a. Study on parts department internal process, establishment of standard process structure; b. Generation and update of parts process guideline documents; c. Support on archiving of internal process; d. File documents of daily operation and application for auditing issues 4. Logistic suppliers management a. Establishment of KPI report system for suppliers; b. Enable and develop suppliers for their proper operation; c. Monitor performance of suppliers and feedback improvement measures; d. Regular visit pr meeting with suppliers for trouble-shooting and procedure improvement; e. Logistic service charges review and payment to suppliers; f. Logistic service contract review and extension 5. Legal Compliance to logistic issues a. Ensuring legal operation and qualification to import/export shipments; b. • Ensure incoming quality control, product quality and process control, internal audit and training etc., meet company and customers’ requirement. • Manage Quality Assurance Department to perform the following tasks: • Incoming quality control: include vendor quality inspection and audit, incoming quality inspection, and in driving vendors to achieve quality improvement. • Prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft Quality Engineering Instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods, manage equipment calibration administration works, and handle customer complaint. • ISO Quality Management System Training and document control. • Participate in Quality System planning, development, maintaining and improvement.
