My client a well known system intergrator of UAE with a branch office in Qatar is looking forward to hire two Sales profiles in Qatar and 1 Junior profile in Dubai. 1.) For junior level (can commit to AED 2M to 3M sales target per year target), salary 10K to 13K p.m. Plus Sales Commission 2.) For senior level (can commit to AED 3M to 4M sales target per year target), salary 13K to 17K p.m. Plus Sales Commission. -Candidate is expected to have local work experience. Job Description Sales person (account manager) and/or Sales Manager (country Manager) Position: Doha – Qatar, Support branch office Job Title: Sales Account Manager and/or Country office Manager Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities * To meet pre-allotted sales targets. * Plan, arrange and visit customers to explore sales opportunity. * Identify customer requirements, needs and suggest matching products. * Liaise with technical staff to tap technical problems of customers. * Expand and develop customer base. * supervise technical on Plan and schedule project implementation and delivery plan. * Monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments. * Coordinate with Country Manager and Partners for product information and clarification. * Check on stock level and enhance availability. * Collect market information on competitors, prices etc. * Lead the whole process of tendering. * Attend product training. Work Relationships * Excellent relationship with customers and vendors. * Coordination with Country Manager to meet sales objectives. * Internal relationship with staff of operations and technical. Education and Training * University degree in any discipline. * Diploma in Sales and Marketing. Languages * English and/or Arabic * Knowledge of any other language is considered as asset. Experience * At-least 3 to 5 years local market experience in the capacity of sales person in I.T. Industry in UAE. * Solution Sales experience especially in Call Center, unified communications, software applications, ELV, Networking, data, Wireless, Video conferencing. * Prefer to have experience in any of the following solution or product from any of the vendors: Avaya, NEC, HP, Huawei. * Interact with decision making level like CxO, MD, GM,…etc * Good customer contacts at least in one of the following industries: * Banking & Financial Sector * Health Care * Hospitality * Education * Transportation * Retail Personal Traits * Excellent seller * Proficiency in customer service * Good technical know-how * Highly motivated
