Starting his career in the recruitment industry in 2003, Richard joined Parkside in 2008 in our Office Professionals division delivering permanent recruitment services. Richard is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and currently oversees a successful team of 10 consultants based in our Uxbridge Office.
Richard specialises in the attraction and placement of HR, sales, marketing and supply chain professionals. Servicing a diverse range of industry sectors within the Thames Valley and West London, Richard has had extensive experience of recruiting into a variety of both blue chip and SME organisations. Richard’s calm, professional, kind and capable approach has enabled him to secure, deliver to and retain clients both locally and internationally.
Frances joins the Uxbridge Accounting and Finance team with a wealth of knowledge in Management, Training, Recruitment and Sales. Frances has worked in a variety of sectors over the past 12 years including the Media, Training and Apprenticeship industries. With a proven track record in strong business development and customer services, she has a very professional and personal approach to business. Commercially aware, Frances is dedicated to encouraging, influencing and supporting the development of herself and her team.
Frances is extremely proud of the Accounting and Finance team in Uxbridge and is passionate about the excellent relationships that the team has built and continues to service at the highest of standards. Her leadership will support the team in continuing their successful partnerships with both clients and candidates, existing and new to Parkside.
