Customer Research: You’ll be responsible for market research and assessment. You will also need to identify prospective customer segments (internal and external), collect and organize data, and translate the Voice of the Customer into specific needs. 2. Product Vision: You should be a highly experienced Product thinker who will acquire a deep understanding of all customers that the business caters to, their respective behavior and need. • • You will not just be exposed to Product but will also partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to think creatively and define the Product Vision. You will proactively own the forward-looking Product roadmap for the next 12-18 months. • • You will also lead the transformation of product ideas from their most formidable early stages into actionable user stories, timelines, and work sprints. • You will be in charge of identifying operational weaknesses and improvement opportunities, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of all product activities for the purpose of meeting product and business goals.
