Our customer in Liege (B) has a great opportunity for a Regional Property Leasing Manager, an expert in (R)E-tail business and contract logistics, from Sales / Operational perspective as well as from starting up and delivering the facility / the building.
Our client based in Slough are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their business on a permanent full time basis. Your job will be to investigate customer claims. Key responsibilities - Monitoring respective Locations and Accounts to ensure that all claims are processed within specified timescales.Liaising internally with all locationsLiaising with Customers to obtain claim detailsDetermining liability within the Company's Terms and Conditions of Carriage to ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims.Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reportsTo complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed Skills required - Good organisational skillsHighly self-motivatedGood standard of written EnglishGood telephone communicationsTeam player with ability to remain focused on taskAbility to work under pressure Experience:1-2 years in a relevant role Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
