Sales Head India In order to increase our presence in India and Asia, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales & Marketing professional within the assigned geographical territory with an objective of increasing the sales, market presence and market share in Oil & Gas Segment. Primary responsibilities of the Sales Director include, but are not limited to: Effectively achieve TUBACEX’s business objectives according to the budgets and strategic action plans. I.Understand the products, manufacturing, capacities and make offers in line with Plant capabilities. II.Sales office, Sales Target & budget defined and achieved III.Prepare and execute Market & product strategy IV.Product & pricing strategy are developed & deployed V.Coordinate with all Sales team and ensure utilisation of mill capacity. To build the business activities in Mid, Downstream, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power gen Process industries & Heat Exchanger Market. To Identify Industry & application opportunities if any. Regularly review Orders, Order Back log, Order Pipeline wrt to each key Account. Review sales reports, Sales follow up, Payment follow up with team. Develop, cultivate & Maintain strategic relationship with the Key accounts ,main Govt Establishment, EPC contractors and End Users in the region. Periodically conduct market research also competitor and customer analysis. Proactively identify and communicate opportunities and changes in the market. Seeks constant feedback from the customer on Company's products/services and gives the feedback to superior management for actions. Coordinate with Operations & other function in the mill to ensure Customers requirements are met. Work effectively with TUBACEX Product Managers to execute Strategic sales and marketing initiatives, including to support the development of those plans. Align with Sales Team /office in different regions and keep track of all Key Account . Define and measure customer service levels to ensure high level at all time. Education and Experience Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering degree or related qualification. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales & marketing strategy. Technical sales & Marketing skills, market research, Tendering etc. Proven experience in customer relationship management especially in Oil & Gas, Power sector. Should have worked in demanding environment & Matrix Organisation. Relevant product and industry knowledge- Stainless steel.
