Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Position Overview: Develop the IT vision and roadmap for India Business, drive initiatives of application development and establish seamless integration of data across functions to ensure efficient delivery of business processes across the Group, data security and improve efficiency and effectiveness of decision making
Qualification: B.Tech (Full time)
Experience: 18+ years of experience
Interview: 3-4 Round start with HR followed by CIO & GCFO
Nature of Experience:
Solutions orientation to the business
Understanding of business processes
Understanding of linkage between IT and business value to build business cases
Project management skills (e.g. PRINCE 2)
Exposure to various domains of solutions delivery (e.g. SAP, CRM, PLM, BI) and service delivery (e.g. server, network infrastructure)
Cost benefit analysis for outsourcing activities
Develop the IT strategy for the India Business and provide technology related strategic inputs Align technology goals with the business plan and develop the roadmap for technology initiatives , Prepare annual IT budget and monitor ensure adherence to the approved budget
Role and Responsibilities
Oversee the IT infrastructure management, oversee design of new infrastructure systems and services and make decisions; ensure successful migration to new environment with minimal business disruption
Ensure cost efficient procurement for IT hardware and applications as per the business plan
Monitor the timelines and budget for the IT infrastructure improvements and transformation
Understand IT requirements in the business and identify projects to transform the existing IT landscape to support the business plans.
Oversee the IT risk management through ensuring implementation of right framework and its associated controls and reporting
Provide guidance to evaluate overall information technology risk and ensure reporting of actual, mitigated and residual risk in business operations across the organization
