Administrative Coordinator with the function of assisting the Director-General

Job Description

 

Duties

  • Administrative support to the General Director;
  • Travel support;
  • Preparation of reports on representation expenses, etc.;
  • Translations from English corporate presentations;
  • Life support for the office;
  • Work with courier services;
  • Receiving incoming calls;
  • Meeting of guests;
  • Document management.

 

Requirements 

  • Administrative experience from 1 year;
  • English proficiency - intermediate;
  • Proactivity, responsibility, readiness for a variety of tasks and training, competent speech.
  • Commentary
  • Registration under the Russian Labour Code;
  • Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00-18:00;
  • "White" salary, annual bonus, VHI, mobile communication, English courses.
  • Office in the centre of Moscow.
