Key Account Manager (National Pharmaceutical Distributors)

Job Description

 

Duties

  • Determining the development strategy for key customers, drawing up annual business plans;
  • Preparation of periodic sales forecasts, development and brand promotion plans in a format agreed with product managers;
  • Managing sales and customer development in the entrusted territory;
  • Organisation and control over the effective targeted use of budgets aimed at distribution development and sales growth;
  • Receiving reports and analysing sales in pharmacy chains;
  • Supporting the head office in defining its pricing and discount policy;
  • Control of partner accounts receivable;
  • Conducting analysis and improving the customer base;
  • Development of plans for cooperation with the company's main clients in product promotion.

 

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of commercial, civil and financial legislation and Russian health care legislation;
  • Knowledge of the procedure for analysing commercial terms and agreements;
  • At least 2 years' experience of working with pharmaceutical distributors;
  • Strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, good negotiation skills at various levels;
  • Proficient level of English
  • High performance, resilience to stress and strong leadership skills.
