Our client is looking for a committed partner to join their European team as Sales Engineer EMEA– Composites Part - Automotive, to cover terriory Europe, mainly, Germany, France, Italy, Western region. Dynamic person who is customer orientated with solid technical background. The successful candidate will need to have tenacity to maintain this on a long-term basis. Responsibilities: 工作职责： Reporting to the Grinding Technology Sales Director, the sales engineer is responsible for contracts related to grinding machines specifically configured to provide grinding solutions to customers’ specific components’ requirements. 向磨削技术销售总监汇报工作，负责关于磨削设备的合同，尤其是为客户的“特殊零部件”需求提供磨削解决方案。 The Sales Engineer will be responsible of: 销售工程师的职责如下： • Analysis of the market (potential customers’ search) and analysis of competition. 市场分析（潜在客户搜寻）和竞争分析。 • Pro-active face to face promotion of existing grinding solutions for customer’s selected components. 主动面对面针对客户的选定部件，推广现有的磨削解决方案。 • Monitor any other activity directed to suitable potential customer’s target list 监测指向相配的潜在客户目标清单的任何活动 • Identification of responsible people in decision-making 决策负责人的甑别 • Analyze the needs of the clients and proposes adapted grinding solutions, based in his knowledge of company’s previous experience and existing references. 基于公司的以往经历和现有参考方案，分析客户需求，提出适用的磨削解决方案。 • Accompanied by factory’s application engineers supporting sales during the description of the products and solutions, will define technical project contract. 在工厂应用工程师的陪同下，辅助销售经理介绍公司产品和解决方案，最终确定合同中技术部分的签署。 • Together with the Grinding Technology Sales Director, negotiate contracts and keep track of their execution. 陪同磨削销售总监，进行合同谈判并监督合同执行工作。
