Responsibility: 1) In charge of the daily operation of Risk Control department and Investment & Financing department in the Joint Venture; 2) In charge of the establishment/improvement of strategy and procedures to assess, control and analyse potential risks of PV market related issues; 3) In charge of the establishment/improvement of risk control procedures, internal control procedures, and financial & tax procedures. Supervise the implementation of the same; 4) In charge of compliance with ethic rules, business consultant procedures and policy, supervising their implementation and monitoring their application; 5) Supervising the work of CFO in the Joint Venture and reviewing all financial documents of the Joint Venture on a weekly basis; 6) In charge of evaluating on a day to day basis the financing needs on both project and corporate level, to be in line with corporate BP and investment criteria; 7) In charge of reviewing of project BP prepared by project manager, to be presented in the investment committee; 8) In charge of approving all invoices and payments based on Service level agreements between the Joint Venture and related parties; 9) In charge of the connection with different financial institutes including asset management firms, banks, investment entities to meet the company’s future financing requirements. 10) In charge of the shareholder relationships and act as the liaison to ease all communication between shareholders; 11) Carry out other duties entrusted by the Board of the Joint Venture.
