Responsibilities： The (Sr.) Ethic & Compliance Counsel is responsible to support Greater China E&C Director to develop and implement global, regional and country policies and programs in the Greater China region. The role will act as business partner proactively to advise on key compliance risks, provide training and communication to ensure that the region complies with corporate code of conduct, global & local policies, external laws & regulations and corporate strong commitment to ethics & compliance. The counsel is also expected to act as a proactive advisor to management and staff on, but no limited to, corporate governance, compliance risk management related to business models, external environment and day to day operations by providing timely, professional, practical and objective advice on managing compliance risks and reporting of issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Work with unit managers to develop, implement and review procedures and work flows to facilitate smooth execution as well as accommodate changes in business needs across the entire clinic operations 2. Support staff training related to operational procedures and implementation of new initiatives and services. 3. Accountable of the daily operation results of all dialysis hospitals and clinics with full accountability of the operations P&L. 4. Work closely with financial functions for preparation of financial reports, business plans and budgets. Perform daily supervision and management on clinical revenue, accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, inventory and other accounting systems. 5. Work closely with marketing functions and develop strategic growth plans for the dialysis business. 6. Collaborate with clinical management team in key areas including reviewing development process improvement strategies, taking initiatives on enhancing patient experience, handling customer complaints and dealing local government inspections.

MISSION: • Develop the sales in Iran with respect to the companies business model: encourage the doctor’s prescription to reinforce the image amongst professionals as well as improve the quality of service and trading activities inside the POS • Ensure a high level of motivation and efficiency of a team composed of Medical Representatives, Pharma Rep and Beauty Advisors. MAIN TASKS Sales development • Accelerate and maintain the growth in IRAN market • Manage the negotiations and approve the commercial deals with the pharmacy chains • Design the strategy to better manage the relationships with the key stakeholders of the market (Doctors, Pharmacy Chain GM or decision-maker,)Pricing Management. • Sales Compensation Management. • Agent business handling, including day-to-day operations, problems solving, and maintain good customer relationships, with local distributors People management • Lead and animate the Iran commercial team. • Be responsible for the performance assessment and recognition (salary increase and incentive). • People development and talent management. • Conflict management. • Medical Visit: call quality (criteria including in the Physician Partnership Program), doctors profiling, targeting definition, call plan adherence (coverage and frequency of the targets depending on the doctors’ specificities), AV action and PR.• Pharma Rep : account sales analysis, respect the application of the annual deals, involvement of pharmacies in the Pharma Games, activity reporting including the coverage & frequencies of the targets, enhancement of the existing visibility & create new opportunities respect of the promotional plan, competitive activity reporting • Beauty Advisors: product knowledge & selling skills scores, consumer data collection, skin diagnosis & skin machine usage • Set the annual target for the field team and define the split taking into account the following specificities: Medical Visit: include the Direct Accounts Pharma Rep : split the pharmacy chains • Beauty Advisors: sell-out retail when available • Perform regular field visit, at least twice per month (store check, double visit with Pharma Rep and Med Rep) • Commercial policy • Contribute to the marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team. • Manage the commercial relationship with our Distributor by being the main point of contact • Manage the stock level of our Distributor. • Ensure the alignment between the purchase forecast and the local sell-out • Implement his/her own governance and monitoring inside the Commercial Team, especially with the operational managers ( Team Leader Pharma Rep , Medical Team Lead and Beauty Advisors Team Lead) Management Skills Behavior • Leadership • Demonstrate entrepreneurship spirit • Have the sense of analysis and synthesis • Know how to prioritize • Know how to share and express clear ideas • Understand and accompany the change management Know-how • Assess, conduct and train individually & collectively his/her team • Develop a team and make it perform • Know how to administrate and/or meet and/or follow-up a budget • Suggest and implement a strategy and/or action plan, set targets and ensure their application
