Process orders for Home and Outdoor Power products, manage communications with logistics (transportation provider), communicate with customer, dealer and authorized sales and service centers regarding their orders and inquire. Provide assistance to Orders and Demand Manager to ensure smooth and efficient order flow and response. Process daily incoming orders, which can come in electronically or manually. Support shipping activities and respond to customer, dealer, and authorized sales and service centers order inquiries. Coordinate/liaise with Home and Outdoor Sales team to facilitate and ready order submissions when done manually. Validate pricing is correct on the orders and perform customer credit checks with parent company on buying group store purchases. Work closely with Orders, Demand Manager, and other order analyst who is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Provide back-up support to the team members. Manage grief that may arise.
