Role mission: The Marketing Manager will act as the primary marketing contact for an assigned portfolio of the biological /originals /hospital /RX products from the range primarily of: dermatology, hematology and rheumatology; he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies portfolio for the assigned products with the purpose of strengthening brands’ position on the market and increase volume in order to reach the main promotion and marketing objectives in accordance with local and regional plans of the company. In his role, he/she is expected to lead the marketing and promotional strategy of the company’s commercialized products in the assigned Romanian territory, as led by the Country Manager and defined by organization’s territorial goals, values and ethics. He/she is expected to propose and coordinate marketing strategy for next years, according to the guidelines of marketing plans, develops annual marketing plan, prepare new directions of communication, campaigns and develop educational projects of national and/or local nature. Responsible of marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded promotional messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following-up with medical educational programs, and achieving or/and exceeding marketing targets. Over and above, he is responsible for implementing into the field the local marketing/promotional plans and strategies.
