Customer Success Manager - Cloud Based Contact Centre Solutions (CCaaS)
(There are 2 roles and they can be located anywhere in Germany)
Our client is a Contact Centre Specialists providing a wide range of CC services & Solutions to global businesses.
They are currently looking for a number of people in Germany with a specific require for Customer Success Management.
As such they are looking for an experienced CCaaS / Contact Central CSM specialist who has a complete understanding of what it takes to quickly win the hearts and minds of the operational customer experience staff (i.e., talks their language and thinks in terms of abandon rates, first contact resolution, call completion times, etc ).
- At least 3 consistent years working in a Customer Success management capacity (CCaaS or UCaaS).
- An obvious passion for cloud, subscription-based services and how effective CSM drives business outcomes which eliminates customer churn r
- Highly familiarity with popular analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Totango, etc
- Evidence of proactively driving and delivery second order value
- C-level stakeholder engagement proof points
- Business level German & English.
