Job Title: E-Commerce Lead – KSA

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented E-Commerce Lead – KSA to drive online sales growth and strengthen marketplace performance across the Saudi market. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial execution, optimization, and expansion of key e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
The successful candidate will own digital marketplace performance, enhance digital shelf excellence, and translate online visibility into sustainable revenue growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Ownership & Commercial Growth

Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability across assigned e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Develop and execute channel growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with platform partners.

Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and platform-specific activations.
2. Marketplace Management & Operations

Serve as the primary contact for key marketplace and quick-commerce partners.

Oversee daily marketplace operations to ensure optimal product visibility, search ranking, and digital shelf execution.

Manage product listings, content optimization, images, descriptions, and keyword strategies to maximize discoverability and conversion.

Ensure pricing accuracy, promotional compliance, and seamless customer experience across platforms.
3. Channel Expansion & Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new digital sales channels and online retail partners.

Manage listing, integration, and launch activities for new platforms and marketplaces.

Explore emerging digital commerce opportunities to support business growth.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Monitor inventory availability across marketplace fulfillment centers and distribution hubs.

Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.

Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities to optimize sales performance.
5. Analytics & Performance Management

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including sales, traffic, conversion rates, basket size, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Develop performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve business results.

Track customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace health metrics to maintain strong brand reputation.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
-
4–6 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Sales, Marketplace Management, or Online Commercial Operations.

Proven experience managing major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
-
Experience within FMCG, Consumer Health, Personal Care, Retail, or other fast-moving consumer sectors is highly preferred.

Experience managing the Saudi Arabian market is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills

Strong expertise in marketplace management platforms and seller/vendor portals.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Strong understanding of digital commerce metrics, online merchandising, and marketplace optimization.

Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
