A most prestigious, large and progressive local Group with international presence is looking to induct a high potential individual as their “Group OD & Culture Manager” at their head office in Lahore. The role reports directly into the Group HR Director and will provide a great exposure to the incumbent as it supports multiple subsidiaries operating in various sectors from consumer business to financial services to retail. This is a strategic hiring with a view for the individual to have grow within a couple of year’s time into their next leadership position.

The candidate should have between 15 to 20 years of total experience with significant experience and expertise on the OD side including performance management, succession planning, and change management within an MNC environment. Female candidates will be preferred.
