Process Engineer - Cleaning Validation (m/f/d)
Biotech/Vaccines
 
 
Your responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and documenting product and system-related validations
• Responsible for the validation strategy and ongoing optimization
• Comparison, evaluation and implementation of adjustments to the relevant GMP requirements and internal company guidelines
• SME for viral and bacterial production processes (routine and projects) - management of complex root cause investigations in the context of deviations including risk assessment as well as definition and implementation of corresponding CAPAs
• Contribution to the Product Quality Reviews and VMP
• Assistance in monitoring and reporting the key figures ("KPI") of the department
• Support with internal audits and inspections (preparation, follow-up)
• Planning and implementation of projects and internal audits
• Review, maintenance and processing of SOPs
• Flexible use and support in production if necessary for operational reasons

 
Your profile:
 

• Degree level in Pharmacy, Biochemistry (Bio) or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Biotech manufacturing
• Good knowledge in Technical Services, Manufacturing Science, Process Engineering and related topics such as Manufacturing, QA or Technical Transfers
• Experience with EU GMP regulations in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of biological pharmaceutical production processes
• Experience in the field of validation of aseptic processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English, experience in German, any other language in addition is a plus
