Job Description

Regional Sales Manager in an organisation dedicated to advancing patient care by providing high quality Medical Device technologies and committed to optimizing patient outcomes.
  • Experience: 7+ years relevant experience (MUST HAVE: Team Management exposure)
  • No. of position(s): 3
  • Location: New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad
  • Area Coverage: Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience of handling a team of minimum 4 people for atleast 1-2 years.
  • Distributors and Dealers network management.
  • 1-3 years prior work experience in Surgical sutures/ cardio vascular sutures.
  • Good in developing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
  • Achieving focus product targets – both quantity and value.
  • Achieving 100% marketing activities planned for their regions every quarter.
  • Achieving secondary sales targets.
  • Significant know-how of Surgical portfolio & related procedures.
  • OT Experience.
  • Good relations With Surgeons (Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgeons), Hospital Corporate, Trade and OT staff. Meeting doctors and OT staff, promotion and demand generation for the requisite product portfolio.
  • Good communication skills.
