QSE Manager - Algeria

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategically Develop and Deploy a Short and Long terms QSE Business Plans, that is aligned with the BU and the company global objectives and the Bottler top management
  • Provide Technical Support to the Commercialization Process to effectively launch the new products and packages, from the Development phase till the post launch review
  • Ensure full compliance to Company and BU specific QEOSH related Policies and requirements. Where compliance is evidenced, develop a formalized plan to ensure mitigation of risk and minimization of impact both internally and with the external stakeholders 
  • Lead the resolution of any Technical and Supply Chain risks across the value chain including suppliers, third parties, distribution and the required mitigation action plans to ensure full compliance to the Local regulation, Company Policies and requirements
  • Building Value Relationships: Generating alliances internally and externally by continuously identifying and acting on those things that will create success for the Company and its customers, suppliers, communities, and government
Job Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Quality and Supply Chain in food, chemicals or pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related disciplines
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencial skills
  • ISO and HACCP, OHSAS certification required
