Role – As a digital marketing specialist, you shall own the entire gamut of digital marketing initiatives of the organization.
Conceptualize and plan digital marketing strategy in line with business goals.
Own and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Drive quality traffic to website. Analyse traffic, leverage content to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
Responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion.
Identify relevant metrics, set goals, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns.
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns particularly within the consumer internet industry.
Hands-on experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display ads.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Ability to make sense and thrive in unstructured environments.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
Obsession with micro-level metrics while not losing sight of the bigger picture.
Strong team management and communication skills.
An engineering and/or management graduate, with minimum of 4- 7 years of experience in developing, implementing and executing strategic digital marketing plans in consumer ecommerce, healthcare, food apps, education, start up etc.
