Senior Manager / Head Operations for a pioneering retail chain of premium gourmet stores which is one of the fastest growing food and grocery retailer.
Ø Represent and reinforce the strategy and brand through maintaining the highest standards in visual merchandising and customer service.
Ø Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of store services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions and HO.
Ø Make efforts for better ordering, merchandising and suggestive selling of products to improve sales.
Ø Develop an environment with systems and processes in place which will enable and encourage business opportunities.
Ø To effectively induct , lead, manage, train and develop the team to agreed procedures and standards.
Ø Improve in store processes to reduce pilferage, discrepancies and loss of margins.
Ø Direct the annual budgeting and planning process for the region.
Ø Ensure statutory compliance with various legislations, conducting risks assessments, monitoring performance and reviewing procedures.
