This fleet comes with an extraordinary challenge of not only scale but geographical spread .This brings with it a strong need for a well built and managed Asset Management function. With an objective of maximising the utilisation of these assets on the ground with the best customer & partner experience ,Organization would like to bring on board a high caliber, senior professional who can spearhead Asset Management function. The key challenge for the incumbent will be to manage distributed assets with high Integrity and quality. S/he shall bring in similar experiences of scale or complexity and how he/she handled that kind of numbers in terms of asset management in specific organization/assignment.
The immediate priority for this incumbent is to create optimum Network Capacity PAN India to provide asset maintenance services as well as a stronghold on the asset health and integrity. This team would also be responsible for strategies to control asset theft & damage with use of technology and control overall asset management.
This is an unprecedented magnitude of growth, and would involve out of box thinking and a high result orientation as key success factors for the role. The incumbent has an opportunity to create worlds largest fleet managed using high technology products such as telematics, distributed systems and world class processes.
The ideal candidate must have a strong pan-India experience of leading the entire After Sales Service proposition with an understanding of the complexity and nuances of service network and workshops. The candidate will bring in high networking capabilities and strong technical understanding of asset, its health and management. S/he must also possess high customer centricity, service excellence and strong solution orientation. Importantly, s/he must have good exposure in designing and implementing practices around asset health, inventory and cost optimization. The individual must possess strong commercial acumen, technical know how and very strong in design thinking . Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and well-honed people relationship management skills are vital. Exposure to Global practices on fleet management, OEMs and after sales will be an add on.
The candidate should have an ability to experiment and disrupt the way we see service networks and fulfillment today. As exposure to inventory management is also required.
BE+ MBA from premier institute. 16-20 years of relevant experience in reputed organization.
Preferred Industry- AfterMarket experience in Automotive OEMs
