Given the exponential growth plan for , there is an increasing need of increased performance and retention of our valued driver partners. With an objective of achieving a fleet size of 60k+, would like to bring on board a high caliber, senior professional who can spearhead Partner Management function by creating a high and inclusive partner experience. At a time when competition for retaining good driver partners is immense, the key challenge for the incumbent will be to manage these key touch points through increased high engagement, training, technology led initiatives and value added services. S/he shall bring in similar experiences of scale or complexity and how he/she handled partner/key accounts management or engagement at a specific organization/assignment.
This is an unprecedented magnitude of growth, and would involve out of box thinking and a high result orientation as key success factors for the role. This is an excellent opportunity for the incumbent to co-create the entire partner ecosystem that personifies the value proposition.
The ideal candidate must have pan-India experience of managing partners/ last mile or an equivalent set of internal/external customers with an understanding of the complexity and nuances of their lifecycle management. The candidate will bring in high customer centricity, design thinking and strong solution orientation. The incumbent should have handled large key accounts in terms directly or indirectly. A good exposure to “need analysis” frameworks is an add on. The individual must possess high emotional quotient and maturity to speak up for our partners and deep respect for the ground realities they face in our country to propose solutions for them. Strong execution capability, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and well-honed people relationship management skills are vital.
BE+ MBA from premier institute. 12-16 years of relevant experience in reputed organization on a high growth path.
Preferred Industry- Security Solutions Organizations (viz G4S Security Solutions), Manpower Services organizations (Randstad, Teamleaseetc), E Commerce, Telecom, Insurance
Head Partner Management role would broadly be responsible for following areas:
b) Improve Partner Performance through Training and reskilling.
c) Ensure Partners earn the expected earnings/month and build more trust in the business model
d) External Focus: Do extensive research on how various other professions, skill sets are moving so that our value proposition to partners keep evolving along with this.
e) Value Added Services-Design & Implement non financial value add services that will eventually help the partner in achieving his/her socio economic goals. These could be benefits, engagements, services , tie-up etc.
