Job Description

Qualifications - BTech Mechanical plus MBA with 60% and above in all grades from class 10 onwards

Locations - Kolkata & Bengaluru

Reporting to - Regional Sales Manager

Key responsibilties:

 Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

 Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship management

 Provide ongoing support to retain customer accounts and plans to aggressively acquire new customer

 Executing the organization's sales plan in order to grow businesses and margins by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics

 Prepare comprehensive sales proposals to include value added truck, parts, service, and finance programs

 Keeping up to date with products and competitor 

Competencies / Capabilities desired-

 Experience with consultative sales approach

 Sales pipeline & forecast management 

 Direct selling / key account management/ Institutional & corporate selling   

 Knowledge of Truck/ construction equipment/ mining business/ automotive heavy industrial industries.

 Knowledge of product, parts, or service sales Desired 

 Customer focus 

 Conflict management 

 Negotiation Skills

 Techno commercial

 Retail finance management
