As a Sales Manager, you will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience and achieve the targets that has been set 

The person who joins this position must share our passion and commitment for serving our customers.This ideal candidate should have experience in managing relationships at an operational level. Some understanding of planning product cycles and selling is preferred.

The right candidate will be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and have strong analytical skills.

He or she must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.

He or she should be entrepreneurial with the confidence to make independent, data-driven decisions. He or she must be able to develop clear thinking and business rationale for new features & services to bring customers ease-of-use and innovation.

The candidate must be an effective communicator in working with some of our most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal colleagues. Must have worked on target based performance in the past

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Have minimum 2 years of sales experience in interior industry
  • Have good communication & Presentation skills
  • Be able to generate leads through internal & external references, cold calls, and meet customers to understand more about their interior requirement.
  • Be able to invite interested customers to the showrooms for better product demo purpose.
  • Greet walk-in customers & provide accurate product information & convert their inquiry to a hot lead.
  • Communicate with Designers to get desired design of customers & follow up with them till obtaining the PO.
  • Update confirmed orders to Operation team to execute the project by providing complete required input & follow up with them till completion of the project.
  • Maintain customer accounts and organise for collections as per terms & conditions
  • Plan creative marketing activity in consultation with the seniors in sales team to attain assigned targets.
