Head of Sales & Projects

We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm; currently hiring for a Head of Sales & Projects; Bangalore for a Large sized Global Packaging Machinery Industry.

Key Skills Required

·         B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

·         20 to 25 years of experience in selling of high value capital equipment as part of projects

  • Should have comprehensive understanding for technical engineering fundamentals.
  • Should be an aggressive professional with a go-getter attitude.
  • Customer-orientated thinking and acting, analytical, systematic, and result-oriented approach to work.

Job Description

·         Responsible for the overall leadership of the Sales and Project Sales activity, giving direction to the Team and achieving the agreed business targets

·         Close deals and create strategies to deliver agreed sales targets in a high growth and high demand market environment

·         Take responsibility for cost management, change management, warranty management, reporting and resource management of projects.

·         Review in detail all commercial and technical documentation connected with the Project.
