Experience: 2-3 years in an Executive Search company (would be nice to have)
Interface with Client Hiring Managers and domain specific line managers to understand their hiring needs for Mid & Senior level roles.
Use various recruitment techniques, search & selection using job portals, social media platform, referencing, head hunting
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles using traditional & non-traditional means of recruiting.
Proactively develop talent pools/ talent communities to dip into when hiring is in full swing.
Manage the end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, initial assessments, telephonic & personal interviews culminating in offers & maintaining the appropriate MIS.
Schedule and coordinate for interviews
Effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment & appropriately gauge his/her fitment with our company culture & ensure hiring of good fits only.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers & stakeholders with requisite hiring and employment data.
Education Details: Graduate or Post Graduate - Any Specialization
