- Create VM Tools and Training in order to equip Field partners to achieve consistent execution.
- Define Visual Merchandising principle guidelines in partnership with Buying in order to set new standard for the industry through impactful retail presentations.
- Maintain the strategic direction for the brand at retail.
- Define and select seasonal key looks to be presented in different distribution channels in order to inspire and engage consumers.
- Define Retail Impact direction to continually redefine the shopping experience.
- Provide Store design input to the rest of the team.
- Permanently improve ways of working through setting benchmarks, measuring results and effective relationship building.
- Partner with Field to build capability of the team.
- Develop and effectively manage the VM team.
