Job Description


Market analysis, identification of potential clients/opportunities and expand business;

Maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing clients at all levels including technical de-partment, production planning, purchase and commercial etc., generate business development plan if necessary;

Engineering project acquisition. Understand clearly project requirements from cli-ent, cooperate with engineering BU, and confirm the boundary condition between client and BUs for proposal preparation;

Proposal discussion with client, clarify technical issues from client, participate project bidding and contract negotiation;

Project coordination and risk forecast, actively communicate with client and project manag-er/engineering BU. Respond to client’s request promptly and solve the open issues during the process of the project. Increase the satisfaction of clients to the project;

Dealing with unexpected events of the project in a timely manner;

Accomplish other works assigned


Master Degree or higher in combustion engine or relative specialties;

Related project experience, experience of participation in the engine development project pre-ferred;( Gasoline, diesel, New energy or transmission are both OK)

Good English/German ability for technological and project management exchange;

Good communication ability, question solution ability as well as good writing skills;

Be familiar with MS-Office-Tools;

Hands-on and open for new industry tendency;

Good project coordination skills and team spirit;

Strong sense of responsibility;

Adapt to frequent business trip
