Overall responsibility for recruitment tasks, including: experienced hire, campus recruitment, internship recruitment as well as internal recruitment.
Assist line manager on determination of recruitment objectives, consolidate position as well as headcount request, develop and implement recruitment plan based on current headcount and business development requirements.
Recruitment tasks which includes but not limited to sorting and screening applications, conducting interview, determination of targeted interviewer, evaluation on the first interview.
Organize the second interview with related business department to ensure that the assessment results meet the requirements of the position.
Summarize the possible problems during the recruitment process, develop optimization proposal on recruitment policy and process, and deliver recruitment analysis reports.
Communicate with other recruiters on recruiting process as well as methods and skills, update interviewing questions. (Teamwork)
Establish the enterprise talent pool, responsible for the resume management and information security.
Track and collect the trends of talent in other company of the industry, attract suitable and excellent applicants to apply for the job vacancy of the company. (高端人才寻访)
Familiar with the human resource system and provide internal process/consultation candidate.
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources/ Economics;
Above 3 years recruiting experience in manufacturing or automotive industry;
Good command of human resource management and basic knowledge of administrative management, legal and finance.
Excellent in computer and English skills, strong leadership, communication, planning and organizational skills;
Training experiences in human resource management and recruitment;
Strong analytical, communication, planning and organizational skills.
