Job Description

Main tasks         

Work for business development team

Make the link with Corporate Department in France, if need be

Answer or prepare answer to clients’ request

Collaboration with suppliers or consultants

Preparation of meetings including organization, agenda, PPT

Translation during the meetings

Drafting of meeting minutes, mails, presentations…

Translation for business development needs

Prepare documents for the internal meetings of the BD Department

Compute documents from the BD team (sales targets, project follow-up…)

Prepare monthly report for BD Activity

Prepare documents for Engagement Committee

Conduct simple market analysis 

Preparation of events in collaboration with communication and/or other departments

Internal and external relationships         


Requièrent :

5 years experience as Business officer or assistant in the energy industry

Fluent French,  Good command of English

Very good communication

Listening from internal and external contact

Reliability, rigorous

Can work independently
