Organizing the edition/revision of the HR management regulations and standard work processes to adapt to the company; Evaluating the effectiveness of the regulations and processes through efficient methods and organizing the execution; Ensuring the continuity, conformity and effectiveness of the regulations and processes.
Designing the organizational structure according to the developing strategy and demands of the company; Participating in determining positions of each department; Documenting the responsibilities and requirements of each department; Editing work instruction for each position.
Researching HR demands periodically, collecting and analyzing the related information; Assisting to analyze HR demands (or planning HR demands of each department); Organizing the development of HR development plan of FEVC; Making, submitting and executing recruitment and dismission plan; Arranging interviews and recruitment.
Establishing and completing the performance evaluation program and process; Executing the performance control; Planning training and executing training after approval; Controlling training cost and evaluating training result.
Planning employee salary adjustment and pension, social insurance and welfare; Supervising the punctual distribution of salary; Handling the processes related to employee rewards and punishment, removal and switch between positions; Handling trusteeship issues related to employee welfare, insurance and archives.
Establishing communication process according to the state and local labor laws and regulations, and HR policies of the company; Disposing employee claims; Participating in the research on labor disputes arising between employees and the company, disposing the disputes properly and handling the compensation issues; Protecting the company image and legal rights; Planning and organizing the group activities to establish a harmonious relationship with employees in the process of conveying enterprise culture; Ensuring that the employee satisfaction objective set by the company is reached.
Taking statistics of the company’s HR status quo periodically; Analyzing, predicting, adjusting, and inquiring the HR status properly; Establishing Human Resource Pool; Editing report on HR status to provide reference for the planning of HR; Ensuring that the data is complete and accurate, and the report is accomplished punctually.
Training department employees, evaluating the performance and instructing the employees; Designating responsibilities to department employees; Guiding department employees to make stage-by-stage work plan and supervising the execution; Controlling the department budget and cost; Building an efficient work team to achieve the objectives of the department.
1 Bachelor degree or above in HR, Management or other related specialties
2 Having received training on modern HR management, labor law and rules, finance, and development of managing capacity
3 At least 5 years work experiences on HR management.
4 Systematical knowledge of the modern HR management mode and practical experiences; Abundant experiences on planning the HR strategy, detecting and absorbing talented people, designing salary system, evaluating performance, training, controlling welfare, establishing HR management system, adjusting position and designing employee career
5 Excellent in operating HR management; Familiar with HR management operating process
6 Familiar with both state and local regulations on management of employment contract, salary system, employment operation system, insurance and welfare, and training
7 Excellent office software skills
8 Good English ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing
9 Keen on the change of person and organization, excellent in communicating, coordinating and pushing
