Job Description

1. Daily customer business management, develop and obtain new business opportunities and project. Support to start the new project.


2. Built good relationship and communication with customer, deal with customer’s complaint timely and flexibly, comprehend customer’s special requirement. Enhance customer satisfaction with the company.


3. Positive attitude to negotiate with customer including all kind of business question.


4. Make customer’s business plan and budget. Ensure and track accounts receivables and overdue receivables.


5. Collect and report latest business information from customer. Ensure and report rival’s business activity at the client.


Job Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanics or automotive


2. Above 5 years working experience in automotive industry with at least 2 years relevant Account Management experience as a Key Account Manager.


3 Have a good relationship with Local OEMs, like Beiqi, Great wall, Foton, Changan….


4. Excellent command of English or Germany in Listening, speaking and writing.


5. Hard working, well organized, and willing to travel frequently.
