职位描述:

岗位职责:
POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is needed from related industry or competitor, preferably in material processing – cutting, drilling, welding, cladding , and with the experiences of application engineering for both enduser and OEM customers. regional sales manager should create clear high and mid power growth path for future by building the good relationship with target OEMs and enduser and related system integrators and research institutes

Customers: 
· 2D and 3D cutting OEM and system integrator
· Welding OEM and system integrators
· Automotive plant 
· Material process with laser related instituitute and university 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Leader of the regional growth initiative by closing working with peers, build strong pipeline for new opportunity , working out regional sales strategy for new market penetration and new product selling, help to building the market intelligence for Beijing

· Key account management (existing and oversea transferred) 

· Grow the business by target OEM, system integrators and enduser and research institute

· Collecting market and competitor information 

· Familiar with related product and application, provide basic support to customer, coordination with service team to improve our service capability and customer satisfaction

FIRST SIX MONTHS DELIVERABLES:

· Getting familiar with products after a comprehensive training. 

· Make initial market and customer segmentation at related region, build strong sales pipe with solid penetration plan.

· Meeting first half year regional sales forecast
CAREER PROGRESSIONS / PROMOTABLE TO: 

The candidate should be promotable to industry product sales leader and national sales director. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
?  Bachelors degree in an engineering is preferred 
?  Strong apprenticeship grounding in a relevant industry – material processing
?  Proven record of successful conversion of OEM accounts
?  Demonstrated use of professional selling techniques
?  teamwork and communications with customers, customer service and engineering
?  Effective time management and personal organization
?  Problem solving skill
?  Initiative: Shows passion for his/her role within the company. Has a sense of urgency and is focused on results. Demonstrates the ability to translate plans into results in a timely fashion. Looks for efficient and cost effective ways to do his/her job. Offers suggestions to solve problems or improve operations.
?  Customer service (both internal and external customers) – Efforts are focused on understanding and meeting the customer’s needs. Takes personal responsibility for correcting problems. Creates solutions that add value
