Essential Job Functions
Analysis the vertical markets of each responsible countries and work out the targeted key account plan on annual base, promote the products and solution of the company to these key accounts
Develop new channel business partners based on the key vertical market demand and coverage in each country of the responsible region.
Provide the effective support to the current existing channel partners of the region.
Build up good working relationship with the related key system integrators of the region
Regular project pipeline and business partner progress review
Work closely with field application engineer team to do the training to business partners and promote the solution for the key projects and key OEM customers.
Work closely with marketing department to launch new products, develop marketing and demand creation material, trade shows.
Five years’ experience in technical sales, preferably electronics
Three years’ channel management experience
Bachelor’s degree in automation, communication, computing or related technical field. Associates degree combined with additional years of relevant sales or technical experience will be considered.
Proficient computer skills
Strong communication skills, and demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
