Store Manager– World Famous Fashion Brand
Base in Beijing
Responsible for the standard of welcoming & handling the clients (In the store, on the phone, by mail and during event)
Brand ambassador at immediate environment with partners and local dignitaries
Responsible for appearance, maintenance and merchandising of the store (Ensure successful implementation of boutique window animation)
Exterior: display windows, lighting, brand name, sidewalk, plants, etc.
Interior: Point of sale Material, publishing material, Boutique Furniture, lighting, furniture, brand name logo and visuals, catalogues, sales accessories, etc.,
Brand orientation, integration and training of new sales associates.
Monitor staff appearance and behavior (wearing uniform, make-up, hair, accessories, etc.)
Coach the team to reach individual and collective objectives (organize meeting, and Regular individual appraisals – once a year in conjunction with Brand Director un charge and HR).
Distribute the tasks ensuring the salesperson’s ability to over perform.
Organize the schedule and arbitrate conflicts –if any - ensuring that staff work equal shifts and have equal opportunities (peak time).
Relevant degree holder, or equivalent through experiences;
Over 5 years solid experiences in similar job capacity, with at least 3 years in managerial position;
Experience of working with cross cultural partners is an advantage;
Apparel industry background is requested
