Reports to: Greater China Duty Free Director
Direct report(s): Sales Executive
l Support Greater China DF Director in implementing Key Customer Account Plans consistent with overall sales and profit goals as agreed with PRATR
l Develop and maintain Best in Class customer relationships
l Implement pricing strategy with all customers in line with PRATR guidelines
l Work closely with Brand teams to establish promotion plans; control and monitor in-market A&P budget
l Perform annual post-mortem analysis of Commercial A&P spending
l Control and monitor in-market A&P budget for his accounts, based on PRATR guidelines and agreements and perform annual post-mortem analysis of Commercial A&P spending
l Support the China Duty Free Director in Recruiting and managing permanent Brand Consultants
l Initiate the GWP ordering for in market promotions as well as re-packing orders for his accounts
l Report any customer complaints to PRATR and respond to customer based on PRATR recommendation.
l Provide depletion data analysis.
l Gather market intelligence and share it with relevant teams to influence action plans.
l Lead and motivate Sales Executive
Skills and experience
l At least 3 years relevant experience, prefer experience and familiarity with FMCG and luxury brands
l Experience in key account management and sales
l Balanced combination of communication skills for establishing a relationship with customers and analytical skills for in-depth data analysis
l Degree holder with formal business qualifications
