1, Provide leadership to all members in ME team, communicate corporate and plant goals and direction to subordinates, define accurate personnel business plans (PBP) for each employee, train, develop and motivate ME team, focus on team-building, Progression and succession.
2, Make budget and development strategy for the plant engineering;
3, Lead the ME team and work together with Quality and Maintenance, etc., to support manufacturing on meeting goals on FTQ, OE, Productivity and changeover;
4. Lead continuous improvement activities in all aspects including MCIP/IMCIP and cost reduction, productivity, suggestion scheme
5. Apply lean manufacturing principles to all aspects of the process manufacturing equipment ensuring quality, safety, capacity and high value added operations
6, Lead problem solving and root cause analysis, prevent recurring issues;
7, Lead the team to maintain process documents, such as PFD (process flow diagram), PFMEA, W/I etc.
8, Lead the equipment modification projects.
9, Ensure timely responses to Change Management requests related to process changes
10, Make sure Engineering department work meets TS 16949 standards and customer requirements
1, Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
2, Master’s Degree in related field
3, More than 10 years working experience related field, familiar with mechanical manufacturing.
4, Demonstrated experience on using tools for problem solving such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Gage R&R, SPC, 6 Sigma etc.
5, In depth knowledge of process documentation, PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, Operator Work Instruction
6, Proficient to use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
7, Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Chinese)
8, Strong leadership, passion for driving continuous improvement;
