Master Trainer - Internal Trainer, Sales & Product

Job Description

Job Title: Master Trainer - Internal Trainer, Sales & Product
Reports To: Director
Department: Group Sales Training

Ÿ Training Development / Localization
- Adapt training curricula and materials based on training needs of Group Training, Product/Sales/Marketing/Fleet/Finance /Used Car department and the related training agency
- Provide instructional design expertise and ensure that content and delivery are relevant, educationally valuable, and consistent with brand & group standards
- Initiate and participate in continuously improving syllabi, curricula and degree/certificate programs
-  Maintain the integrity of the syllabi, curricula and the training courses as needed
-  Be a Subject Matter Expert
Ÿ Training Delivery
- Conduct training for all group dealers for the Sales & Product programs
- Provide support for regular Group training sessions
- Plan, coordinate, present, and/or facilitate oral and written performance tests to measure progress and to evaluate training effectiveness
- Enforce basic and advanced training standards and methods across all markets
Ÿ Project Management
- Set the targets for related educational projects with team members
- Coordinate with other project members and guide them to meet project targets
- Monitor implementation and review performance of the projects
- Take responsibility for the performance of assigned projects

•  Mentoring/coaching Responsibilities
-  Recognize and promote the resources of his participants, respect the participants and take their professional learning requirements seriously
-  Observe and evaluate the trainer using the trainer observation tool and process
-  Encourage and collect feedback from trainee
•  Tracking, Reporting
-  Provide individual trainer skills feedback to the Management
-  Provide input and feedback on enhancements to training methods and training materials
-  Prepare written correspondence to department heads on training needs
·  Leading the trainer team
-    Team capacity planning
-    Manage and educate internal trainers
-    Be a role model for the team
-    Support the training director
•Chinese and English Language skills essential, German advantageous
Necessary education:
•Relevant postgraduate course is preferred or MBA
Working experience (in years):
6~8 years, with relevant experience within the automotive industry
