Job Description

Quality Engineer (Aerospace)

-Handling QA complaints and managing engineering services at multinational companies in the aerospace industries.
-Provide high–QA services meeting customer's expectations for partners ; constantly follow the customer requirements; keep professional contact partner's representatives
-Plan, manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance
-In case of QA problem follow the process of handling the complaint; inform the partners about the procedure, take necessary actions
-Prepare non – conformity analyses, work out actions together with process/production engineers
-Product supervision/ Control product quality
-In case of problems with suppliers initiate and monitor non-conformity procedures inform the supplier and take appropriate actions
-Conduct supplier audit
-Carry out process audits
-Implement 8D and other corrective actions, apply quality assurance tools
-Keep contact with customers regarding complaints, PPAP and production problems
-Prepare PPAP documentation and submit it to the customer
-Support business development

-Technical University degree
-Knowledge of aerospace specifications and standards
-ISO TS 16949, QS 9000
-PPAP, APQP, PDCA, 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control)
-FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
-Computer literacy (MS office)
-Fluent English
-Excellent communication skills
