Job Title: Channel Manager
Department: Marketing Department
Report to: Marketing Director
The Channel Manager is responsible to develop and maintain effective relationships with channel partners to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in channel partners.
Proactively leads channel partners in marketing activities base on company business goals and marketing strategy.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates channel partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical support, customer services and management resources, in order to meet channel partner performance objectives.
Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communications internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Ensures channel partner compliance with agreements and company directives.
Recruits and develop new qualified channel partners.
Assess performance of existing channel partners.
Organize channel partner events to foster and promote communication and cooperation among channel partners.
Bachelor degree (minimum) in marketing, business or engineering;
8+ years of working experience in building related industries, at least 3 years in sales management or channel management position;
Working experience in multinational company preferred but not a must;
Proficient in Chinese and English, oral and written;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
High level of independence and integrity;
Based in Beijing with extensive traveling.
