Job Description: 
1.Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details; 
2.May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail; 
3.Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments;
4.Operates automated office equipment;
5.May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent;
2.Minimum 3 years of administrative supporting experience;
3.Working experiences in the multinational companies will be a plus;
4.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results; 
5.Hardworking, quick response and action;
6.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred; 
7.Good written, oral and listening English skills required;
8.Good attitude, professional and careful. .
