Responsibility and Job Description:
1.Develop and manage various recruiting channels to fulfill the recruitment needs within the schedule and budget;
2.Maintain HR information and ensure the information is updated in a timely manner and correct;
3.Assist to administer HR policies and processes fairly and uniformly. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
4.Manage all staff’s employment contract renewal and filling;
5.Handling staff’s on board and off board procedures;
6.Assisting staff’s probation review and annual performance review;
7.Updating and monitoring staffs’ actual Annual leave balance and attendance report;
8.Assisting staff’s business visa application;
9.Issue all kinds of employment certificates;
10.Handling government registration regard HR function;
11.Assist staff’s training program and benefit activities like outing, annual medical check etc.;
12.Other HR tasks may assigned by superior and above tasks are Involved in the Coherent China national scope.
1.Bachelor Degree, major in HR management is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years work experience in HR Generalist activities.
3. Fluent in English (reading and written) and Mandarin.
4. Good MS Office skills. Ability to generate/develop reports.
5. Good communication skills.
6.Good team player.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, positive, self-motivated.
