Key Responsibilities :
This Strategy & Operations role will be part of 'Supply Growth' org, which is trying to maximize # of product listing per month on the platform. Growing supply is a function of new supplier acquisition, new supplier activation and existing supplier engagement. All the areas require structural problem solving that will lead to increase in # of listings / supplier and # of active suppliers. As a Strategy & Operations manager, you'll be responsible for identifying the key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. For example, some of new suppliers drop-off due to mis-alignment b/w catalogs that they list and trends that really work on Meesho's platform. Crystallising this problem statement and figuring out the right recommendation logic is just one example of real-world project that you'll take up. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of team and processes that you would want to setup. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team, in case, your solution requires tech interventions
