• Client acquisition via Marketing and BD
• Networking with candidates in the specialization
• Individual Revenue generation responsibility
 
Build:
• Acquisition and Account nurturing
• Hire and Manage a team
• Responsible for revenue generation for the team and self
 
Grow:
• Strategic areas of growth and customers
• Long term retention of staff
• P&L Management for the unit.
 
Your current profile:
At least 3 years' experience, passionate for new age technology. Previous experience or education in technology or recruitment is not mandatory.
