To strategize & execute short term & medium-term marketing plans through marketing initiatives, processes, systems, and templates, etc.
Have marketing domain expertise – Healthcare consumer understanding, brand building, media management competencies, Digital & Content Marketing, B2B and B2C experience, distribution channel management- as well as demonstrate stakeholders management capabilities straddling across senior management, cross-functional personnel, extended business partners such as creative, design & media/ digital agencies, etc.
Develop and implement brand initiatives through in line with agreed short-term and Long-term business/brand objectives.
Directly manage all Digital Marketing efforts with clear objectives of Brand building and lead generation.
Communication of marketing vision, strategy, and targets by supporting collaboration to reach business targets.
Creating timely marketing information, forecasts, reports, and other information for the board.
Maintaining KOL relationship and sponsorship of the product segment.
Experience: 8+ years in Pharma/ LifeScience(MUST HAVE: min. 4-5 years in a marketing role).
Education: Science graduate, Full-time MBA will be an added advantage.
Must have led and executed ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing initiatives.
Good communication skills.
