Job Description

Role of a Senior Marketing Manager in an organisation aiming to develop innovative tests to personalize treatment for cancer patients.
  • Designation: Sr. MARKETING MANAGER
  • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
  • To strategize & execute short term & medium-term marketing plans through marketing initiatives, processes, systems, and templates, etc.

  • Have marketing domain expertise – Healthcare consumer understanding, brand building, media management competencies, Digital  & Content Marketing, B2B and B2C experience, distribution channel management- as well as demonstrate stakeholders management capabilities straddling across senior management, cross-functional personnel, extended business partners such as creative, design & media/ digital agencies, etc.

  • Develop and implement brand initiatives through in line with agreed short-term and Long-term business/brand objectives.

  • Directly manage all Digital Marketing efforts with clear objectives of Brand building and lead generation.

  • Communication of marketing vision, strategy, and targets by supporting collaboration to reach business targets.

  • Creating timely marketing information, forecasts, reports, and other information for the board.

  • Maintaining KOL relationship and sponsorship of the product segment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8+ years in Pharma/ LifeScience(MUST HAVE: min. 4-5 years in a marketing role).

  • Education: Science graduate, Full-time MBA will be an added advantage.

  • Must have led and executed ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing initiatives.

  • Good communication skills.
