- Lead the brands – on how to build the brand across all digital platforms , raise awareness, improve sales – online & offline
- Build brand’s digital seasonal calendar and execution plan – Build and deliver right content and deliver on time
- Deliver high performing digital content – with channel and performance relevance
- Lead the content, creative and catalog center of excellence. Continuously upgrade on creative skills and work towards talent development
- Ownership of Catalog studio deliver – deliver catalog output on time and ensure 85% utilization of the studio
- Analyze all aspects of Digital COE conversion funnel and identify the largest areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Take complete ownership of Demand Generation and Inbound Marketing. Increase organic search visits and leads phenomenally Month-on-Month.
- Performance Marketing – Media Buying and Customer Acquisition on all digital channels. Facebook, SEM, Display Advertising, Affiliates, Remarketing and E-mail.
- Knowledge and experience in using a Marketing Automation software (like Hubspot), HTML, CSS Demonstrated Samples and results of past growth marketing projects
- Work closely with the Content team to create and maintain high quality content at various digital mediums including website, communities and forums, social media channels etc.
- Train, Nurture, and Manage marketing team and get the best from them. Enable them to grow and learn constantly
- Conducts weekly reviews against Business Plan and initiates any in-season planning and corrective action to be taken; Send and discuss the required MIS reports with the Head Business Unit.
