Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Customer service superstar Supervisor with a background in Consumer goods, to use their knowledge of Planning, Logistics and Customer service to enhance and improve processes, support monthly customer meetings, manage KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Ambitious and excited by career progression you will be primed to take over the whole Customer service team eventually.

You will be an ideas person who can manage people, understand Supply Chain thoroughly, problem solving and have experience of Project work.

A naturally driven, motivator with the ability to jump-in with new ideas, curious enough to ask questions about how things are done and not be afraid to implement change

An understanding of retailer requirements, operations, customer accounts, meeting customer deadlines throughout the year and through periods of peak volume are essential to make this role successful.

This is an opportunity for you to make a name for yourself in evolving times whilst gaining valuable managerial skills. You will be comfortable with resolving routine and non-routine enquiries, forecasting, planning, high volume tasks and delivering the highest service to customers. You will be an integral part of the companies growth plans, all account promotional activities and product launches.
