We are delighted to be working with a leader in the agricultural field who is currently looking to recruit two Commercial Quality Managers for the Southern and their Northern regions here in the UK.
This role IS NOT a traditional quality position, it will be responsible for the quality assurance and technical elements of the relationship between our client’s customers and the business so that they are confident in the quality and safety of products they purchase and services they are given.
This basically will be the liaison between the business and clients providing technical expertise for our client’s commercial team whilst driving compliance across the production sites situation within your region.
This is very much a client facing position where you will be required to provide solutions for complex issues ensuring that the relationship between our client and its’ clients are maintained.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically educated individual who has either held technical or quality positions within either the agricultural or FOOD production environment.
It will be essential for any applicant to have customer facing experience, strong commercial acumen and be able to provide technical solutions for complex issues and have prior experience, preferably working across multi-sites but at least within a single production site environment.
This role will require the individual to have strong communication skills and the ability to travel between various sites within their selection region.
